Logelite offers you a great deal and best-in-class services when it comes to the application programming interface, popularly known as API. Whether you are managing existing tools or designing new ones, we can help you simplify the process with the help of our application programming interface.
As we all know, API is a set of defined rules that explain how computers or computer applications interact with one another. API works as a mediator between an application and the web server and acts as an intermediary layer that processes data transfer between a set of systems.
API starts functioning when a client application initiates an API call to retrieve information. Here, API processes the request from an application to the web server with the help of Uniform Resource Identifier (URI). It also includes a request verb, headers, and occasionally, a request body.
After receiving a valid request from the client, API makes a call to the web server or external program. It results in the server sending a response to the API with the requested information. Eventually, the API transfers the data to the initial requesting application from the client.
